Turkey Sliders
These come together quickly and are fun to eat. Serve them as dinner, or make them a game-time snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 each egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. granular onion
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dozen dinner rolls, cut in half
- olive oil for brushing
- your favorite burger toppings (shredded lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, relish, cheese, ketchup, mustard, you get the idea)
Instructions
- Mix together turkey, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Form into 12 small patties that are about half an inch thick.
- Grill until cooked through.
- Brush the cut sides of each dinner roll with olive oil and toast lightly.
- Place a turkey burger on the bottom of each dinner roll.
- Serve open-faced with your favorite burger toppings.
