Slow Cooker Loaded Baked Potatoes
If you love loaded baked potatoes, but don't have the time to wait while they bake in the oven, this cooking method is for you! This recipe is for "traditional" loaded baked potatoes, but why not fill them with: leftover chili, beef stroganoff, or cheese and broccoli?
Ingredients
- 4 each potatoes, russet
- olive oil
- sea salt
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream, reduced fat
- 1/4 cup bacon , cooked
- 1/4 cup onion, green , sliced
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and pierce with a fork or knife.
- Rub the skin with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil.
- Place wrapped potatoes in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until potatoes are soft.
- Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions.
