Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 6 each boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp. granular garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow or white onion
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
Instructions
- Season boneless, skinless chicken breasts with granular garlic, sea salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix together the chopped onion, chicken broth, soup, evaporated milk and sliced mushrooms. Pour over the chicken breasts. Cover; cook on low for 8-9 hours.
