Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Chicken
Fix-it-and-forget-it dinner ahead! Cut back on the fat by substituting turkey bacon.
Ingredients
- 4 each boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 1 can low-fat, low-sodium cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. uncooked penne pasta
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Whisk together garlic, bacon, sour cream, dressing mix and soup.
- Pour over chicken and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Serve chicken over pasta.
