Roasted Asparagus
Simple to prepare with lots of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus spears, washed and trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay asparagus spears in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the spears (may need a little more), then lightly toss spears to coat.
- Place garlic slices on top of asparagus and season with sea salt and pepper.
- Roast for 15- 20 minutes until crisp-tender.
