Grilled Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
- sea salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley , finely chopped
Instructions
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with sea salt & pepper. Grill, skin-side down, over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, stir together milk, cream cheese and dried dill, stirring constantly until cream cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes. Add fresh parsley to the sauce and pour over salmon fillets just before serving.
