Grilled Peaches
Fix these on the grill or the stove top. Either way, it's a fun way to add summer fruit to your diet.
Ingredients
- 4 each peaches, cut in half (skin on)
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil and mustard.
- Brush the cut side of the peaches with mixture and place them cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until peach is warmed through and softened.
