Creamy Butter Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. flour
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup butter, at room temperature (1 stick)
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, mix flour and milk into a paste.
2. Cook over medium heat until think, stirring almost constantly.
3. Let cool.
4. In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter until creamy.
5. Add milk mixture and beat until creamy.
6. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
