Cilantro Lime Rice
This easy to make side is perfect for Mexican dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Bring water and sea salt to a boil.
- Add rice, and allow to return to a boil.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low.
- Cook until all of the water has been absorbed.
- Let the rice cool slightly, then add the lime juice and cilantro.
