Chicken Alfredo PIzza
Another simple way to remake leftover chicken into something that isn't boring. Add your favorite pizza toppings to make it unique.
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust (my favorite is the Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain by Pillsbury)
- 1 cup diced or shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce (Newman's is a favorite)
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (or the temperature recommended for the crust). Prepare the pizza crust according to package directions; some may require pre-baking. Spread Alfredo sauce over prepared crust, then top with chicken, optional toppings, and cheese. Bake for about 18 minutes, until crust is browned.
