Bruschetta Cups
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- olive oil
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 4-6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brush cups of a mini-muffin pan with olive oil.
- Place wonton wrappers in cups and then brush wontons with olive oil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in bottom of each wonton cup.
- Just before serving, add a teaspoon of the tomato mixture on top of cream cheese.
