Broiled Salmon with Orange Mustard Glaze
Easy and a creative way to serve salmon. If you're ever looking for more reasonably priced salmon, look in the freezer section.
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 . Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Set oven control to boil.
- Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan.
- Broil with tops 4 inches from heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Spread on salmon during last 5 minutes of broiling.
