Breakfast Smoothie
Easy and healthy way to start your day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2-3 frozen strawberries
- 1 banana or 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 serving whey protein powder
- 2 Tbs. unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. flaxseed oil
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
Notes
If you are allergic to bananas (remember that people with latex allergies should avoid bananas, too) or don't care for them, frozen mango is an excellent substitute.
