Baked Cod
A family meal that comes together nicely. Add some steamed vegetables or a tossed salad to round it out.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cod fillets
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly brush the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with olive oil, and lay the cod fillets in a single layer.
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the fillets.
- Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
